We set sails from Agia Galini in the late afternoon and anchor in one of the hidden coves that dot this wild coast. Swim as the light softens, snorkel along rocky outcrops, watch the colors shift from blue to gold to pink. As evening settles, the crew serves a fresh Cretan dinner on board with local ingredients.
